I'm Marsi 32y/o , a full-time worker from Italy, clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
I'm looking for a SINGLE FURNISHED room in Perth, preferably in or around Perth CBD, West Perth, East Perth, Mount Lawley, Highgate, North Perth, Subiaco, or near by. My budget is $300 per week max.
Ideally, I'm looking for a girls-only apartment/house (in a building with shared facilities). I’m not looking for a party house. I’d love a calm, friendly, and tidy home where everyone respects each other's space, but also enjoys occasional chats, coffee, or sharing a meal together. I enjoy staying active, travelling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. After work, I appreciate having a peaceful place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
