$400 per week + Electricity bill

The room has a built-in wardrobe, natural light, double bed with a premium quality mattress and side tables.
*The apartment is located in a strategic location, few steps from Bondi Rd, Woolworths, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, park and beaches. (Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte at walking distance).
*10 minutes to Bondi junction and train station by bus. Buses runs 24/7!. Also, easy access to UNSW by bus.
The apartment is old style, with cozy and chill vibe. A place where you can rest and relax from a busy day.
*You’ll be sharing with another female, Janet, a therapist, who’s interested in Mindfulness, Energy medicine and Singing mantras, and my 10 yo son who is well-mannered and polite.
*You will have full access to the kitchen, we will share dining room and living room.
*Available from 27th of April, long stay preferred.
* Non-smoker, no parties, no couples.
*Electricity is not included and is shared every month
You will be a respectful, clean, easy-going person and able to speak English :).
