Room description
The apartment is 30 second walk to the train station, close to the shopping centre and the university. There is also a shared pool on the ground floor which is great for summer.
You will have your own bathroom which may be used by visitors from time to time (rare occasion) and your own unfurnished bedroom with a floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe. You also have air conditioning.
The balcony has some city views in the distance, you can see fireworks on NYE.
I’m a 36 year old women, working full time Monday - Friday in administration (sometimes work from home). I’m a very easy going person, however I like to be organised and tidy.
I own a horse which is kept at Fig Tree Pocket. I also own a ginger cat who lives in the apartment, so if you’re allergic to animals this isn’t the place for you. Must also like cats 🐈 No other animals are wanted in the apartment.
The room will be available from 12th April. My last house mate was here for over two years and is only moving out as she is now moving in with her boyfriend.
