Description
Hi, I'm a property development professional (which means I spend my days helping build homes... while temporarily looking for one myself!). I'm a homeowner who's looking for a place to call home for around 18 months while my own place is being rebuilt. Yes, the irony isn't lost on me.
I'm easygoing, clean, tidy, and firmly believe that living with other people shouldn't feel like an episode of Big Brother. I'm always happy to have a chat, share the occasional meal, fire up a BBQ, or enjoy a drink after work, but I also know that everyone needs their own space sometimes. I'm a non-smoker, keep reasonably active, and generally have my life together... at least most days.
I studied engineering in the UK and have travelled quite a bit over the years, so I genuinely enjoy meeting people from different cultures and walks of life. Outside of work you'll usually find me trying out a new restaurant, catching up with friends, planning my next trip, or reading about business, property, and the latest tech that promises to change the world (again).
I'm financially stable, respectful of other people's space, and understand that a great share house runs on common sense, good communication, and remembering that the bin doesn't magically take itself out.
At the end of the day, I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed household where people enjoy living together, can have a laugh, respect each other's privacy, and create a place that actually feels like home—not just a collection of bedrooms with Wi-Fi.
