Hello everyone
Hubby(43) and I (36) have loved living in the Mt Coolum–Mudjimba area, and we'd really love to stay in this beautiful community. So we're putting the feelers out in the hope that someone might know of a place available from now pretty much.
Unfortunately, our lease in Marcoola comes to an end at the beginning of September, so we're looking for:
A granny flat or 1–2 bedroom home OR
LAND WITH a shed toilet to park our 24 ft van
Parking included
️ Furnished or unfurnished
Budget discussed via PM
Lease of 6 months or longer
A little about us: both sole traders (we remove popcorn ceilings) with excellent references. (Happy to provide)
We're clean, tidy, respectful, non-smokers, with no kids or pets.
We'd love to stay close to the beach nearthe surf, but we're flexible! When we're not working, we enjoy chillin with friends, making the most of this beautiful part of the Coast.
