Large Studio Room- if you need more space and bit privacy ($325/wk): with double bed, desk, and chair.
Toilet bathrooms/Kitchen have to share with main house.
Rent covers electricity, water, and gas.
House Rules: Single occupancy only; strictly smoke/pet-free.
