Room description

$280/week for one person - two weeks rental required at the start.

One lockable bedroom, with queen size bed and furnishings. The property is behind a wall and lockable gate.

There is a shared bathroom with one other person - with shower, fan, sink, toilet and cupboard. Also you have a shared kitchen with a refrigerator and a oven. We have set aside some drawers for you and a shelf in the pantry.

A washing machine is available downstairs.

Rent covers all bills (electricity, water and Internet).

We are close to bus stops, Griffith Uni, Southport TAFE and a language school.

There is at least one parking space on the street outside the house.

There are plenty of local stores available - Aldi, Harbourtown Shopping Centre and a corner block with a Chinese food store, a Thai food shop, a coffee shop, several hairdressers, a fashion house and a pizza store. And it's less than 10 minutes walk to the Broadwater where there is large block of cafes and a Baskin Robbins store.

All Students accepted - Australian or Chinese. One of your hosts is Chinese, the other is Australian.
