This is a newly renovated, very well kept, clean and secure home. If you love nature and greenery, you will especially enjoy the many native colourful flora around the property - both front and back.
You will have your own private room with a well-sized wardrobe and bed. A study table can also be provided as part of flexible furnishing. Shared spaces include the living room, brand new kitchen (with plenty of storage space), dining area, outdoor setting under a coverage of vines (good for relaxing, doing computer work, studying), newly renovated shower and toilet and car spaces within the property.
A few rooms will be made available by mid-November. Enquire early to discuss your furnishing preferences and take your first pick for rooms.
This home is conveniently situated in close proximity to the following:
• 10 minutes walk to the bus stop which goes directly to PA hospital station and Brisbane City (Elizabeth, Edward and George street)
• 8min drive to Coopers Plains Train station and Commuter Car Park
• 5min drive to ALDI and Woolworths
• 9min drive to TAFE Acacia Ridge and Griffith University.
• 10min drive to Sunnybank Plaza
• 20min drive to Brisbane CBD without traffic
Bond is 3 weeks rent, however, I don't hold possession of it and will lodge it with the state :)
