This place is a very nicely situated, fully furnished apart from your bedroom, post war house. It comes with a lush little backyard with all of the limes and room for some herb and light veggie gardening if it takes your fancy, fully air-conditioned rooms, tidy bathroom, all the basic kitchen appliances + extras, great internet and quiet neighborhood. It's just deep set enough that you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the busy main road that connects you to the local grocery stores 850m away, including your Woolworths, Coles, and a variety of smaller shops at Everton Park like Deli and fruit stores, bakeries, restaurants and take away food options and a pharmacy. In the other direction, the Enoggera train station is just 800m away too, or Pickering St. with it's electrical, vehicle and other services. I highly recommend the Tank Stream Social cafe 600m away, great coffee and delicious food - it's usually quite busy. There's also a park just 260m away down the end of the street, where you can stroll along the Kedron Brook walkway.
