Ideal flatmates
Happy to live with anyone
Description
Hello, I'm Choua Rozario, applying with my partner Josh Prasad. We are currently in temporary accommodation and are seeking a place to rent for ourselves. We are both very hardworking people who are determined to build a better life for ourselves in this trying time.
We have both unfortunately had to leave home due to extreme family violence and breakdown; evidence can be provided where necessary. Due to this, my partner and I are unable to return home and are in urgent need of affordable housing.
We believe this place will be perfect for us due to its close proximity to work and school, as well as easy access to public transport and other amenities.
As you know, property demand is significantly high at the moment, and we have been struggling to find a suitable place to meet our current needs.
Although we are both still young, we hope that this application finds you well. We're both extremely mature and will be able to maintain the property well and pay all rent on time.
If this application is processed, the bond will be provided as soon as possible, so there is no need to worry about any major delay. We are both currently employed and also receiving Centrelink Payments.
