Room description
We have a modern house at Baxter Ave. Kogarah. It is two stories house.
Upstairs one single room $390 with Ensuite and wak-in-robe, it has living room, dining & lounge room, and big laundry. Rent including all BILLS, internet, gas, electricity & water usage.
**option lock up garage with remote control $30 per week.
ONE ROOM ONE PERSON, NO PET AND NO SMOKING.
The house has high ceiling, all bedrooms have build-in robe. It's walk 800m to Kogarah station, bus stop, St George hospital, close to airport, Brighton-Le-Sand beache and Rockdale Plaza shopping center.
4 housemates living in the house, all professional men and woman, friendly all in 20s to 30s years old. A Middle east doctor work at hospital (live in more than 4 years), a Japanese as architect(live in 2 years), an Indian lady as uni student and a man from Ecuador study English and work. They all has NO pet, very clean, healthy, friendly and quiet environment.
We are looking for someone friendly, trustworthy,clean, responsible and willing to keeping the cleaning routine. It's quite environment, no smoking, no pet, not a party house. Long term tenant welcome!
