You would also have your own private bathroom (with an actual bath). rent includes all bills (unlimited internet / gas / electricity / water. Would suit a professional single or student.
There are several living spaces including a courtyard, two lounge/dining spaces, open plan modern kitchen, aircon throughout and a dishwasher.
You'll be living with my fiancé and myself. I work full time in financial tech, working from home Thursdays and Fridays, my partner studies full time completing a masters on coral reef restoration. We also have creative projects - music and art.
The location is amazing - just a short walk to Windsor train station, lutwyche road busses, parks, cafes, shops. Super close to the city/valley. Easy drive to everything northside, or south via inner city bypass or quick link to the airport. This is no joke - its very well located and close to everything. You would not need a car if you didn't have one.
