Master Bedroom and 1 x Back room.
The room would mostly suit a fulltime worker, student or anyone in general who understands the respect of a working household in mid-twenties to early 30’s.
Bills will be included in rent.
Master Bedroom (per person) - $400.00 (a week) paid in advance fortnightly.
1 x Bedroom (per person) - $300.00 (a week) paid in advance fortnightly.
The build comes with a fridge, microwave, washing machine that was brand new in June 2025 and more.
1 x cat or dog is possible as long as you understand the cleaning responsibilities around having a pet.
