Hello, and thank you for stopping by.
We are a family of four with two children (ages 4 and 9) and two British Shorthair cats—one of them is a playful 3‑month‑old kitten. We both work from home 2–3 days a week, while the kids are in childcare and school Monday to Friday. Weekdays tend to be busy, but on weekends we love to unwind with a glass of red by the fireplace or relax by the pool.
Our home has beautiful views from both the west and north balconies, so you can enjoy peaceful sunrises and sunsets. We’re also lucky to back onto a private reserve, perfect for quiet walks, and just across the road there’s another reserve right on the water.
Sylvania is a wonderful place to live—surrounded by tall eucalyptus trees, water views, great local shops, and direct access to the motorway. Driving to the CBD usually takes around 35 minutes (depending on traffic), and Cronulla Beach is about 17 minutes away. The bus stop is a 10‑minute walk, and sometimes we park at Hurstville and take the express train into the city.
We’re a warm, easy‑going young family looking for a single person or couple to share our beautiful home.
You’ll have your own spacious bedroom with built‑in wardrobes and a private bathroom featuring a freestanding bath. You’ll also enjoy near‑exclusive use of one of our two living rooms — fully furnished with a sofa, TV, table, study desk, and full‑height storage — all opening out to the garden and pool area.
