Room for rent in Toowong. Close to UNI and shops. Bus stop right out front, train 2 blocks and ferry also within walking distance. $250 covers all bills and internet. Sharing with easy-going 35yo Assistant Nurse, my school ages son who is here half the week and our cat. Room is partly furnished with desk and corner lounge, you will need bed. Ideally looking for a 6 month minimum commitment. Unit has air-conditioning, mirrored built-in wardrobes, balcony and there is a lock up garage available if needed.
