A large room is available for rent in a spacious, modern 5-bedroom, two-story house in Carindale. We welcome Asian girls, international students, or working holiday visa holders.

Room door with key lock for privacy. It contains a queen-size bed, a desk, a bedside drawer, a full-size mirror and a built-in wardrobe.
Share mates have their own freezer and fridge
Bed linen provided if required (mattress protector, sheets)
We are a quiet and clean household, so we prefer someone who is non-smoking, tidy, and respectful.

Buses to the city every 10–15 minutes until midnight (approx. 40 minutes to the city)
