Lovely relaxed home, with gorgeous outside undercover entertainment lounge/dining, inside lounge/kitchen.
Local shops, 1min walk around the corner, on bus route, CBD is 10min drive, local shopping centre is a 10min walk, so all very handy.
We're a mother/son duo, very quiet, tidy, respectful, also up for a good laugh and share considering we'll all be living together. However we're also mindful that we all like our own space.
You need to be an animal lover as they're the bosses here, one small dog and cat, both friendly and well loved :-)
