Your Room
The room is locked and updated to be keyless (card, pin, fingerprint access). Dedicated split air-conditioned for your comfort. Has a built-in robe with full mirror door. Well looked after and kept clean by last housemate.
Shared Spaces
The main shower will be shared by you and 4 other occupants. It has a shower and gas instantaneous hot water. There's a separate toilet for easier access.
Open living area large dining area, access to a covered alfresco area. Kitchen has abundance of space allowing you your own shelf space and fridge space. It is supplied with gas cooktop, filtered tap as well as pots and pans, microwave, rice cooker and much more. Laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
