Female only household, we just had pest control done, each room has its own air conditioning, newly updated and renovated timber flooring, freshly painted walls throughout the house, fast internet included , fully furnished with double or queen size bed and basic furniture provided ( fridges, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven) we have 5 bedrooms but most of the time there will be only 4 girls in the house, there are only 2 bedrooms available at the moment . ready to move in straight away
the location is perfect, just 2 mins walking away from Aldi and next street is Woolworth. 4mins to Thornleigh train station, parking is also available on the street, only have 2 big bedrooms available now.
