Room description
i'm a 24 year old neurodivergent lesbian looking for a roommate in blackburn.
- 5 minute walk down the road from blackburn train station
- close to the park, library, main street and shops.
- quiet and gets morning sun
- apartment block is secure with an elevator, and the place is on the third floor.
- non-smoking apartment
- the rent is $530 a week, split evenly
- the rent of $2303 is paid each calendar month.
- bills are split evenly on top of that
- apartment already has most furniture, just missing that other room!
- the room gets sun in summer & has the wifi box in the closet
as a roommate, i generally keep to myself. it's rare that i leave my room but i'm usually up for a chat (i like video games and buy way too many stuffed toys. love to play and have fun /ref).
i have agoraphobia so i don't leave the house much at all as well as adhd and autism so i can sometimes be a little forgetful, patience is requested. i also have sensory issues with seafood, and smoking isn't allowed on the premises.
the apartment isn't large enough to accommodate a dog (in my opinion) but otherwise animals should be fine! all i'd like is someone who can pay and will clean up after themselves. and basic respect of course 😁 you can move in asap <3 please message me!
