Cozy duplex with 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, 3 air conditioning units, and a dachshund ☺️ I've spent a lot of time to make this place feel like home and a place to relax after work 🫶

You get your own en-suite bathroom and shower. Since it's a duplex with each bedroom on a different floor, we both enjoy a lot of privacy and "me time" to recharge.

It's fully furnished and has everything you need. Dishwasher, oven, air fryer, robot vacuum (vacuum and mop) + dyson (stick), indoor washing machine and dryer, blender and food processor, bluetooth speaker, super fast internet, smart lights, Ninja ice cream maker! 🍳 😎 I have subscriptions to a few streaming services on the TV in your bedroom including: Netflix, HBO Max, Binge, Paramount+ and Stan (included in the rent). The fridge has automatic ice maker and cold water dispenser (the joy of infinit ice 🫠).

There are two pools, a hot tub/spa and a BBQ area for residents, all free to use.
