This house is home to all the boarders creating a relaxed, friendly environment, so not your normal boarding house worth a look at. All that live and lived here stay on average 3 years not wanting to leave, life's circumstances do change with buying there own place or moving interstate or overseas. Sadly, that time has occurred when one of the boarders is leaving the house.

Woolworths and buses to Cranbourne and Berwick all within 300 meters. At the Avenue in Cranbourne North area.
The room is 4.5 by 4.5 so alot of room ultra large and cupboard space. The room has ceiling fan dimable lights and TV mounted to the wall. There is a bathroom that is shared with one male.
You will be needing to be working. If you want to interact with others or not and let the world go by its your world your choice. There are small cleaning duties to be done.
Male or Female there is 2 weeks board to cover the bond and first weeks board so your always a week ahead.
