Private room with own ensuite in townhouse in gated complex in Ormiston. The Ormiston train station is only 900m away as a convenient transport to get to work and the Cleveland shops are just 5 mins drive away. There is 2 pools and barbecue facilities available for use in the complex.
Your private room has its own connected ensuite and is fully furnished.
The kitchen, dining and laundry will be for shared use with the kitchen already stocked with all the appliances & utensils needed.
No smoking, vaping or pets.
Water, Internet and electricity are not included in the rent and will be split evenly.
Internet is currently $69/month ($34.50 each) until October then goes up to $95/month ($47.50 each). Water is usually around $50-60 each per quarter and electricity is usually around $150-$200 each per quarter but is normally higher in summer and lower in winter.
