Beautiful airy furnished room with lots of natural light. Stays cool and fresh in summer with very comfortable bed and storage. All furniture in photo included. Can provide bed linen if needed. Blackout curtains will be installed. Bathroom shared with just one female.
$330 per week including electricity, gas, water and fast NBN Wifi.
Large apartment (almost like a house) with the best thing being the location. 1 minute walk to Ashfield Train Station (cannot hear the train from house), 5 minute walk to Ashfield Mall & public Library (Woolworth, Coles, Alid, Kmart, banks) and heaps of trendy restaruants, anytime fitness and other gyms. 1 train stop to super cool Newtown, 3 stops to Central, 1 stop to Burwood.
Place is kept clean and has a super cosy lounge (can view at inspection), a nice backyard to hang your washing with nice sunset views and laundry with washing machine. Big kitchen with a huge fridge so never will there be a problem with fridge space. All appliances included.
You wil be sharing with myself - female, professional work full-time, quiet, considerate, friendly and clean who lives a healty active lifestyle, I do not smoke nor drink and like to have quiet nights in. I respect other housemates needs for space and privacy and like someone independent though nice to have a friendly chat when our paths cross.
Suit preferably female (but can be male if the right fit) student or worker, must be non-smoker and appreciates a clean quiet living lifestyle. 3 to 6+ months committment preferred.
