The available room has its own private ensuite and air-conditioning, so you'll have your own bathroom and personal space.
We also have our own little gym setup in the garage. Jo uses it pretty much every day, and you'd be more than welcome to use it too!
There is plenty of free street parking if you have a car.
📍 Location & neighbourhood
The house is located on a quiet private lane, so there isn't really any public traffic or people walking through. Our neighbours are lovely and it's generally a very peaceful place to live.
We're also conveniently located around:
4–6 minutes walk to the light rail
Around 10 minutes by bus to the city
6 minutes walk to IGA
8 minutes walk to the Saturday farmers market
Around 10–15 minutes walk to Rozelle, with plenty of nice cafés and eateries nearby
💰 Rent & bills
We try to keep everything transparent and fair:
Room rent: $460 per week plus Bills

You're absolutely welcome to have "friends over and an occasional partner/boyfriend stay over" we just ask that everyone is mindful of the shared spaces, noise (especially at night), and the other people living in the house. We want everyone to feel comfortable having their own life while also respecting each other's space and privacy.
