We have a 4 bedroom home and renting out 2 rooms. Rooms are furnished with a double bed, study table and built in wardrobes. One bathroom exclusively shared by 2 tenants. The house is in a quiet area, comfortable with nice views and a pool. It’s 2 minutes walk to the bus and 5 minutes drive to MacArthur Station, MacArthur Square , Campbelltown Hospital and Western Sydney Uni. Lease can be 6-12 months with 2 weeks bond and 1 week advance. Female preferred as the place is shared mostly by women. We maintain the gardens and pool and would like clean and respectful flatmates who enjoy peaceful and quiet living. If that’s what you’re looking for, then this is the perfect place.
