We are a family with a young child, we are looking to rent to a responsible person our double bedroom in Drummoyne fully furnished with queen size bed and integrated wardrobe.
The property is very well located:
- 3 mins walk to the closest bus stop in Victoria Road.
- 15/20 mins bus to town hall, so very convenient for who work/study in the city
Lines are 500x, 500n, 501, 505, 506, 507
- 15 mins walk to Birkenhead Point mall or 2 bus stops
The price is $350 single, $450 couples and includes:
- private bathroom with shower and separate bathtub
- electricity, internet.
- private covered car park
Available from Monday 3rd.
