Accommodation 2 large lockable front rooms available and 1 smaller lockable middle of the house room in a quiet location North Strathfield. The 3 room are large at. $300 pw and $10 would cover all incl gas & elect.I can get internet on if you like but that is another cost if you already have a plan yourself.
Close to Nth Strathfield train station only 10 min walk. 20 minutes to city. Trains go Strathfield, Burwood then express to city every 10 to 20 minutes peak hr.
Large dining room. Cutlery and cooking utensils available. Gas cooking in kitchen as well as electric oven. Dish washer and washing machine.
Rooms to rent recently painted. Lockable with individual keys. Solid core doors.
$300 per week and some linen and wardrobes in each room is available.
Large rooms in Federation House at North Strathfield so come and see at
31 Napier Street, North Strathfield.Sydney. Close to Concord Hospital.
Catch a train to North Strathfield and walk back along Queen St towards Strathfield. 3rd Street on left and turn up the hill and 4th house on left.
I'm in Bundaberg trying to return so it's 3 rooms of the shared 3 bedroom house accommodation. I'll return to Sydney.at times so I need to visit only.
