Room description
Room available in a clean, relaxed and quiet home. I’m mainly looking for someone who suits a chilled environment and respects the space.
The room is approx. 3m x 3m (9m²) and is unfurnished, so it would suit someone who already has a few basics or is happy to set up simply. The house itself is modern, tidy and easy to live in. The room has its own bathroom.
I work full-time and keep a pretty structured routine (early mornings, gym, work, etc.), so it’s definitely not a party house, more of a calm, easygoing place to come home to.
I also have a 3-year-old miniature schnauzer (Lucky) he’s mainly an inside dog, very well-behaved and super chill.
Ideally looking for:
• Short-term stay (around 2–4 months)
• Someone clean, respectful and easy to live with
• Working holiday travellers or professionals welcome
Location is Burpengary East, with easy access to shops, transport and everything you need.
