Looking for a reliable, tidy, responsible housemate to share a unit with 2 other residents.

1 furnished bedroom (in a 3-bedroom apartment) is available with bed, desk, wardrobe and bookshelf provided - measures 2.8m * 2.9m.

There is a combined main bathroom and laundry (there is an ironing table w/iron available, if needed). The kitchen has an oven and an electric stove for primary cooking. It also has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, air-fryer and toaster with cookware available for common use. Utensils and cutlery are also provided.

The living area is open plan, leading to a balcony with north facing views of Lake Ginninderra.

The unit is in a prime location close to Westfield Belconnen and it is also within walking distance of the Belconnen Community Bus Station, where buses to Civic are scheduled every 7 minutes during peak hours. It is also close to the University of Canberra, multiple gyms, the lake nature trails, art/cultural centres and casual dining restaurants.

You will be sharing the unit with two other people, but only sharing the bathroom with one other person. Unfortunately, we can't take pets as the unit isn't configured to support them. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not indoors. There is also an undercover car park with an allocated parking space for the unit's residents.

$230 per week includes private room access, use of the common areas, home Wifi internet, a car parking space and utility bills. In order to secure the room, you will need to pay 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks' advance rent (for a total upfront payment of $920). Rent is to be paid per fortnight in advance, though you can also pay weekly if you wish.
