Hey! We're two sisters looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share our home in Champion Lakes!
The room & property
The available room is private and unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe featuring mirrored sliding doors. You'll share a bathroom with one other person.
The home has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, covered garage parking and additional public parking nearby. We're also in a lovely location near Champion Lakes, with parks, walking paths, local shops and public transport nearby.
Rent & bills
Rent is currently $233.33 per week, increasing to $250 per week from 16 December 2026. Utilities (electricity, gas, water and internet) are split equally between three housemates, averaging approximately $50 per person per week, depending on usage.
A little about us
Zarina (25) is a creative, nerdy trans woman studying electronic music and gender studies. She's really into music (especially R&B, rap, hip-hop and pop), sapphic art and D&D.
Tas (24) studies law and works as a legal assistant. She enjoys music, gaming, writing poetry and spending time with friends.
We also have an indoor cat named Blossom! She's quite shy around new people but very sweet and affectionate once she gets comfortable.
Who we're looking for
We're hoping to find someone who's friendly, easygoing, LGBTQIA+ friendly and comfortable living with a cat. Ideally, someone who's reliable with rent and bills, reasonably tidy, respectful of shared spaces and boundaries, and comfortable communicating openly.
We're a relaxed household and enjoy a balance of socialising and having our own space. We'd love to find someone we genuinely get along with who feels at home here too!
The home is still being organised, so some belongings are awaiting removal.
