Pool in the complex
Street parking available (no allocated car space)
Clean, calm, well-kept home
Rent & Details:
$365 per week
Bond: $730 (2 weeks rent)
Bills split (approx. 60/40 — I cover a larger portion)
3-month initial stay, with potential to extend
Move-in from early May (flexible for the right fit)

I’m 35, work shift hours, and live a pretty quiet, healthy lifestyle. I keep the place clean and enjoy a calm home environment.
I also have a 13-year-old cavoodle, so you must be a dog lover — she’s very gentle and a big part of the home 🐶
