Hi! I’m from Spain and currently living in Brisbane. I’m looking for a private room in a shared house or apartment, preferably in Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Spring Hill or nearby areas.
My budget is around $300–$320 per week, ideally including bills. I’m friendly, respectful, tidy and responsible. I work and study, and I’m looking for a comfortable place with a friendly atmosphere.
I’d be happy to arrange an inspection and move in from early November. Looking forward to hearing from you!
