Ensuite room available for our tidy pet free quiet shared house on the southern end of Bracken Ridge 4017
price for one single person $330/week
Basic usage of water / electricity/ internet is included in RENT. The backyard is also cared for.
Bond: $1200
The big room comes with a private toilet and shower, walk in robe, air con, ceiling fan, king single bed, a desk , a chair and a lock on the door.
Front loader washing machine provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
House is fully furnished.
There is no need to bring anything. But if you wanted to bring your own bed or some furniture, the room can also be emptied for you.
There are two living areas and a quiet green shady backyard with a covered patio for you to enjoy.
Parking is always available in view of the room window.
The next bus stop to the city is 5 minutes walking distance.
The current tenants of the house are 3 males, quiet, respectful, full time working and mostly keeping to themselves.
