Say goodbye to overcrowded share houses by having the entire first level of a double story house to yourself 🙌🏼 - You'll have the entire one bed room place to yourself, with kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living area and a small backyard.
This is a double story house. I live upstairs with my family which is completely separated from where you will live so you will have privacy.

The house is currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to furnish it if you’d like. Just a heads-up, that might bump up the rent a bit. We’ll also be splitting the costs for gas and electricity, butr the internet is already included in the rent.
