Spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in a convenient part of Morningside, with two private bedrooms becoming available from 10 October 2026.
The unit has a comfortable shared living area, practical kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioning in the larger bedroom, street parking and one garage with off street parking. The property is within walking distance of Morningside shops, cafés, parks, bus stops and train station.
Two private rooms are available:
1. $230 per week, furnished with a bed, table / chair, and air conditioning
2. $210 per week, furnished with a bed, table / chair
Bills are not included. Electricity, internet and water will be shared between the three occupants on a fair household basis. Errands like cleaning and gardening as per standard house maintenance also apply.
The advertised arrangement is for approved co-tenants to join the lease with me. It is not an informal sublet. Any applicant will need to complete the property manager’s approval process and be added to the tenancy agreement.
No pets, no smokers, no parties.
