Room description
Close to brand new house. Spacious open plan living, 4 very decent size bedrooms. The bedroom I have to offer measures 2.95M x 4M x 3.5M with a built in wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf. All bedrooms having ceiling fans. There is a reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling in the living room. The house has two bathrooms and your bathroom will be shared with one other female and when I have the occasional bath and other guests over. Shared kitchen and amenities, one living room included feauturing a brand new 85 inch TV, and laundry facilities include a 8kg washing machine. Outdoor alfresco area with an outdoor setting. Very decent sized backyard with lawn.
Surveillance cameras installed for peace of mind.
Rent will be $260 per week excluding utilities.
Utilities will be divided into three which include internet, electricity and gas which are billed monthly and water is billed quarterly (every three months)
Two weeks rent total of $520 will need to be paid in advance and three weeks bond of $780
The house will be shared with myself Jess and I’m 29 years old and work full-time at my family hotel 5 nights a week. I live with another female who is 22 years old and works full-time also.
I’m looking for a reliable, honest and trustworthy female who doesn’t mind helping with the housework as it is a shared responsibility between everyone who resides at the house.
No couples and no pets as I already have a 4 year old Maltese shi Tzu.
