I have tow nice bedrooms .
the first room has single size bed.it is avaible now. the rent for it is 165 $ weekly.
the second room , has king size bed,direct access to the balconey.the rent for it is 185 $ weekly.
.the unit has 3 bedrooms .we have gym station inside the unit.
each room has its own lock,and private key.
its only 4 Min walking to bankstown library,Bankstown RSL,Aldi store,Bankstown TAFE
bills are all included in the rent (unlimited NBN Wi Fi,gas ,water,)except electricity will be devided on 3 people every 3 months.
3 weeks bond plus 2 weeks rent required in advance.thank you.
