Hi we are a large, quiet, clean, secure, modern home of mature sharers in Maida Vale .....Rent starts at $240 depending on room and covers absolutely everything except food, linen and toiletries, linen is supplied for short termers :) ..... Lots of peace and privacy if needed, and all inclusive of wifi, foxtel x3, theatre room, individual control reverse cycle heating and a⁄con, extensive pergola⁄outdoor areas with bbq, webber, drink fridges, wall mounted tv, stereo system etc, manicured retic gardens, individual locks on all bedroom doors, every bedroom also has a wall mounted tv, own shelves in pantry, fridge⁄freezer, 10 mins from the airport, 25 to the city, buses to everywhere and Midland station, outside smoking. ....the rooms are fully furnished queen size rooms with matching quality bedroom suites, including a very comfortable quality pillowtop mattress........would suit a mature responsible person who can clean up after themselves and who likes to live in a clean tidy laid back atmosphere, we enjoy a drink and a laugh on occasion but def not a party house, we are providing a quality temporary or permanent home, base or stay for ppl who cant or don't want to commit to providing their own .....our home is a large modern new home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Maida Vale near High Wycombe not far from the Roe Hwy....... One side of the cul de sac is parkland with a brook running through, as a no-through road it has very minimal to no traffic......we the owners have our own wing with seperate entrance, kitchenette and outside area so you rarely see us :)......btw: we are not house number 1 but it won't let me change it :0
