You would be sharing apartment with one considerate and responsible male apartment owner. I am neat, clean and relaxed person. I like walk along the beach, parks, hiking and visit theme parks. I have been global IT&T consultant and now self employed. I am well traveled within America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
* You do not foresee any problem in making regular rent/bills payment for the duration of your stay.
* Practice good hygiene, and keep the common area neat, clean and tidy.
* Respect the Property and Privacy.
* Apartment is not a party house, however use undercover BBQ area overlooking beach/Lagoon pool having couches and chairs.
* No smoking, drugs, irresponsible drinking, short/aggressive temperament.
* Participate in apartment cleaning on weekly basis.
* Rent and Bond negotiable depending on duration of stay.
