Room description

This upmarket unit is in a great location, walking distance to the esplanade, hospitals, cairns central, shops, cafes, cinema's, parks etc. It is surprisingly quiet, given it's central and convenient location.

I am looking for a responsible, clean and tidy person to share with me, in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It is stylishly furnished and has a lovely big lounge and dining area, and the balcony is larger than what you find in most units. Your room is furnished with a double bed, it has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning, you also have your own bathroom. The unit is fully security screened, I like to keep it looking nice and would like the tenant to also do the same.

I am friendly and like a chat, but also like my own space. It would be nice to share with a friendly person, rather than sharing with a stranger who doesn't interact. I like my place to be comfortable and relaxed- and often when I am home I like to read, try and practice my ukulele (quietly), sing (also quietly), do yoga. I am mindful of our impact on the environment and prefer to use earth-friendly products in the house.

Great location for airport or hospital workers as it is only about a 2 minute walk to either hospital or an 8 minute drive to the airport.

It is strictly a no-smoking, no-drug environment. It is not a party house either.

Price includes electricity (with reasonable use), water, wifi.
