Room description

I have a room in a newly renovated town house in Mentone. Only a couple of km to the beach.

The room is super large- would fit a king bed plus desk and has build in wardrobes.

There is a small yard and decking out the back- gets lots of lovely sun!

You will be living with a guy who is a PT and works and studies a lot! He is nice, tidy and quiet.

Parking is available at the house and also on the street.
