Sadly, our lovely flatmate moved back home so her room is now available ☺️
The HOUSE 🏡
Two-bedroom modern, spacious and super clean apartment located on the ground floor (more of a house vibes!) with a large balcony, lots of sunlight and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, soda stream, air fryer etc which you’re more than welcome to use. We are in a peaceful area (not a party house) with friendly neighbours in the complex and plenty of street parking 🚙. For those who don’t drive, we are less than a 15-minute walk to either Marrickville or Dulwich Hill train station, and five minutes’ walk to the bus station, both with connections to the CBD. We are also just a short distance to Steel Park, Marrickville library 📚 and ten minutes away from Woolworths and other shops, restaurants etc located at the Illawarra Road in Marrickville.
THE ROOM 🪩
Cozy, fully furnished with lots of sunlight! It features a queen bed 🛏️ , wardrobe, nightstand, a 40” TV 📺 and a study desk with a comfy gamer chair 🕹️ . The room also has Chrome cast with remote control available to access Netflix, paramount and other channels from the room TV. All streaming services + internet are included in rent. Electricity not included but divided by 3 every 3 months

We are both very laid back and chill but enjoy having a glass of wine and chat occasionally. We are very busy with work and uni so you will rarely see us at home. We love plants 🪴 (we have many!!), books 📚 , arts 🖼️, spiritually, Camping, festivals and eating out on our favourite restaurants. We take great pride in maintaining a tidy and organised household, as it provides a sense of tranquility and peace. Keeping the apartment neat and clutter-free is a top priority.

Looking for someone like minded, clean, and considerate 🌻. We have a rotating cleaning roster which we divide by 3, meaning that you will have to clean the house only once a month. If you’re looking for a quiet, chill and clean place to relax after a busy day at work or uni then this is the perfect place for you! Preferably someone also working full time (not from home) and who’s willing to stay for a minimum of 6 months. 2 weeks bond + 1 week rent, LGBT friendly 🌈
